There is a reason you are ignoring your financial statements….

But that doesn't make the truth any more real.

And here’s the thing. It really does set you free when you know EXACTLY what is happening to your finances. Because we can make small tweaks and changes to build the life and business you want!! (And it's not going to change if you keep ignoring it!)

But we all have so much shame about the money side of business. It is wrapped up in personal money mindset issues, imposter syndrome, and so much more. I have had clients get on our financial call in tears before we even started.

Somewhere along the line you were made to feel shitty about your finances. Maybe it was in the beginning of your business when you were scraping by, or in some online course taught by a gazillionaire. Maybe you were shamed by your accountant at some point.

My personal insecurities probably go all the way back to elementary school where I didn't get into advanced Math. From then on I had this limiting belief that I wasn’t cut out for it.

Then one day I woke up realizing that I was personally responsible for millions of dollars that had come through my company that I built from scratch.

I thought, “I must be pretty damn good at it actually!”

And you can be too.

When I do my Profit & Loss Xray with clients, first of all, there is NO shame. NO judgement. Only curiosity about what is going on and what we can do to make small changes to move your business in the direction you want it to go.

We start by diving line by line into the financials. You get a chance to explain each line item, what it is and how it functions in your business. This part is cathartic and my clients have lots of “aha” moments by just going through this basic exercise!

Then we reflect on your vision, and what is/is not in alignment with your vision.

Next, (and here's the *magic*) we build a model for exactly what it is going to take to transform the current business into the business of your vision.

I walk you through each step and am with you every step of the way. It’s not scary, it’s not intimidating. It is empowering and actually, dare I say, FUN?!
