But that's not why you are here.

"Ok so its profitability and growth strategy? Operations and Systems? Paying themselves a market rate salary?"

YES, AND

It's equally important to me that you are able to take time off for your kids, take maternity leave, go on your honeymoon, prioritize your health, take care of your aging parents, AKA just live and be human without being selling your soul to the money machine.

I am selling BOTH. the nonbinary of being a woman in this entrepreneurial world. The antidote to the story we have been told that we either need to choose our career or our families.

We get to have BOTH.

And not one at the expense of the other. but in SYMBIOSIS. they should feed each other and feed you!

I want you to make BANK working the hours you want, doing the things that light you up, surrounded by supportive people who also want that for you.

Is it easy?

No. not at all. at first. because we have to go against all the programing you have been taught to be a people pleaser capitalist grind machine whose worth is tied to how "hard" they work. but it’s absolutely possible.

When it all clicks into place (and you would be shocked how quickly this can happen) you will feel the relief you never thought possible!
